  1. 10 forehand dinks over net from behind kitchen line (Challenge #1 - Click here for video)
  2. 10 backhand dinks over net from behind kitchen line (Challenge #2 - Click here for video)
  3. 10 forehand paddle bounces followed by 10 backhand paddle bounces followed by 20 alternating forehand/backhand paddle bounces followed by 10 forehand paddle bounces with an edge bounce in between (Challenge #3 - Click here for video)
  4. Toss ball up with the paddle and catch on the other side of the paddle 10 times (Challenge #4 - Click here for video)
  5. Roll the ball around the paddle without it losing contact with the paddle alternating forehand/backhand 10 times (Challenge #5 - Click here for video)
  6. 10 forehand dinks in a row within 10 inches of top of net net from behind the kitchen line (Challenge #6 - Click here for video)
